Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage CRM systems, including setting up workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Ensure data integrity and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions
- Optimise and automate CRM processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and execute strategies for customer engagement and retention
- Train team members on CRM functionalities, features, and best practices
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and CRM automation tools
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and customer lifecycle strategies
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
