We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction through live chat support and prompt issue resolution.
Job Responsibilities
- Retaining existing customers by building strong rapport and delivering a positive customer experience
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Providing accurate and clear information about products and services
- Meeting individual and team KPIs and performance goals consistently
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling customer information
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat environment
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment
- Computer literate and familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
- Own laptop and a reliable internet connection are required
- Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
Working Hours (Rotating Shifts)
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Midnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
(5 working days per week)
