We are looking for a skilled and proactive Media Buyer Executive fluent in Bahasa Indonesia to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, driving performance and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Create, monitor, analyze, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies
- Execute marketing campaigns via Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other traffic sources
- Prepare and present performance reports to management
- Experiment with new platforms and channels to expand reach
- Ensure ad creatives are compelling and appropriately displayed
- Monitor advertising costs and return on investment (ROI)
- Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and project management teams to enhance campaign performance
- Manage marketing projects to ensure timely delivery and achievement of objectives
- Be available on weekends to manage Facebook campaigns when necessary
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in iGaming digital marketing or managing paid social media advertising
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and marketing principles, especially for online audiences
- Expertise in market research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
- Passionate about social media trends and stories relevant to the Indonesian market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven critical thinking and proactive work approach in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work additional hours to meet deadlines and project needs
