We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Transactions Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of transaction processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth daily operations across our outlets
- Responding promptly to operational support requests
- Assisting with various ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
- Using data and analysis to solve operational challenges
- Verifying transactions and assisting with audit processes
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints efficiently
- Logging and categorizing customer interactions accurately
- Identifying and reporting new or recurring issues to the relevant teams
What We're Looking For
- A minimum education of O Level, A Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or higher
- A strong drive to succeed—fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (6 days off per month)
- Familiarity with customer service practices, basic software tools, and office procedures
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
The ability to identify and explain the root of problems clearly - Fluency in both Khmer and English
