We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven VIP Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-value customer accounts, delivering exceptional service, and building long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing VIP customer accounts with care, professionalism, and a personal touch
- Maintaining accurate records of client engagement and account activity
- Communicating effectively with customers via phone calls and messaging platforms (WhatsApp/Telegram)
- Providing an outstanding customer experience through a consultative and solution-oriented approach
- Building rapport and trust with clients to encourage long-term loyalty
- Taking ownership of performance by tracking key metrics and striving for continuous improvement
- Supporting company goals and direction as a collaborative team player
- Actively participating in workshops, team huddles, and coaching sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
- Adapting to changes with agility and professionalism
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or B2C Sales in any industry
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in delivering results
- Well-organized with strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Able to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
- A consultative sales approach with a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a competitive, hunter mentality
